Any particles outside the volume will not be aware of the modifier&#8217;s existence and will use the standard flocking system attributes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-691\" src=\"http:\/\/documentation.particleflocker.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ModifierEffect.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"564\" height=\"461\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Volume Attributes<\/h2>\n<h3>Volume Type<\/h3>\n<p>Modifiers can use any of the standard volume types defined for Particle Flocker entities. You can read more about the standard volume types in the <a href=\"http:\/\/documentation.particleflocker.com\/?docs=particle-flocker-user-guide\/system-components\/volumelocatornode\/volume-types\">Volume Types<\/a> section.<\/p>\n<h3>Dimensions<\/h3>\n<p>The dimensions shown will change depending on the volume type selected, for example a sphere will only show a <em>Radius<\/em> dimension whereas a box will show a <em>Width<\/em>, <em>Height<\/em> and <em>Depth<\/em> dimension. See <a href=\"http:\/\/documentation.particleflocker.com\/?docs=particle-flocker-user-guide\/system-components\/volumelocatornode\/volume-types\">Volume Types<\/a> for more details.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"influence\">Volume Influence<\/h3>\n<p>This attribute defines how the volume should influence particles inside it. There are 2 modes; Full and Linear Falloff.<\/p>\n<h4>Full<\/h4>\n<p>When using this mode, all particles within the volume will receive 100% influence from the modifier, regardless how near to the centre or edge of the volume they are.<\/p>\n<h4>Linear Falloff<\/h4>\n<p>When using this mode, particles will be affected more by this modifier the nearer to the centre of the volume they are.
